SF-Family of products are highly refined oil based products. With densities varying from 760 kg/m3 to 845 kg/m3. The TG family of products has very low densities, around 740 kg/m3 and the HT family of products has low densities similar to the TG series but is also hydrotreated for elasatomer compatibility.

Fracturing Fluid Properties Chart

Due to their hydrocarbon make-up the SF-family of products has synergies with the chemicals used in the fracturing industry. These synergies enhance the chemistries associated with the fracturing industry. Chemicals used to gel and break the SF-family of products react more effectively on a molecular level with the hydrocarbon fluid than traditional fracturing fluid products. By having a consistent gel the fracture and proppant placement is improved and by improving the chemistries associated with breaking the gel, better flow-back will be achieved.

Processed fluid

Flowback is brought back to a central location and cleaned by a proprietary process developed by SixOne Enterprises (www.sixone.ca). All water and solids are removed and 90% of the fracturing chemicals are also removed.

Fracturing Fluids

TG-740™

The newest in our line of Fracturing Fluids, the TG-740™ is a premium fluid with a medium flash point, that being 20°C. It is a lighter fluid that has had much success with tight gas applications but can work in oil applications as well.

Properties of TG-740™ include:
  • Density of 742 Kg/m3
  • Flash Point of 20°C
